About proxio
proxio relays HTTP requests. Hand it a token and an encoded URL, and it makes that request for you, with the method, headers and body intact and streamed both ways.
There's no proxy protocol to configure, no client library and no header to set: an ordinary request to an ordinary URL is the whole interface. That makes it usable from a shell script, a cron job, a video tag or a config file with nowhere to put a header, and it lets one proxio stand in front of another.
A token is proxio's whole security boundary, since it will fetch anything its network can reach. Run it on a network with nothing a token holder shouldn't see, and give each service its own token so a leaked one can be withdrawn alone.
